许海涛，北京科技大学计算机与通信工程学院教授，博士生导师，北京科技大学通信与信息系统博士，软件工程博士后。担任中国通信学会信创技术委员会委员，工信部电信终端产业协会智能装备计算专委会委员，工信部电信终端产业协会 5G 云游戏产业联盟专委会委员等社会工作，作为课题负责人主持科技创新2030重大项目、国家重点研发计划云计算与大数据专项、国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年基金项目、JWKJW项目、博士后基金、中国信通院等多个项目。已发表论文80余篇，其中SCI/EI检索50余篇；编著学术著作2部；已申请和授权国家发明专利10余项。获青海省自然科学二等奖、青海省海西州科技进步一等奖。
