教育背景:

研究方向:

磁电和光电功能薄膜与器件;材料结构和电子结构的电子显微学研究。(以球差校正透射电镜和原位透射电镜为主要手段研究材料微观结构和电子结构):

1)磁电材料研究方向:主要包括磁电氧化物和金属基等新型材料薄膜的生长制备和集成(脉冲激光沉积,磁控溅射,分子束外延等方法制备高质量薄膜),器件微加工,铁电压电性能,低温和磁场下的自旋输运测试分析,以及原子尺度材料微观结构的表征分析,应用前景主要是在高密度低能耗新型信息存储元器件方面;

2)光电材料研究方向:主要是开展光电信息和影像探测系统中功能材料的研发,包括光电薄膜的制备,纳米材料的合成制备、光学电学性能分析以及原子尺度电子显微分析

3)通过球差校正透射电镜、原位电子显微镜等手段研究功能材料的微观结构和原子分辨电子结构,研究外场下(光电热和原位气氛)材料微观结构和化学的动态演变过程和机理
