个人信息：

孙奇福，男，1983年3月出生，教授，博士生导师。分别于2005与2009年在香港中文大学讯息工程系取得工程学士（甲等荣誉）及哲学博士学位。曾在香港中文大学网络编码研究所担任博士后研究员、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学担任访问研究员。长期从事信息理论与网络编码相关研究，已在Proc. IEEE、IEEE信息论汇刊（TIT）等权威期刊发表论文30余篇，获授权发明专利10余项。

先后主持国家自然科学基金项目4项、华为技术开发项目2项、其它技术研发项目4项。于2021年担任中国国际通信大会（IEEE/CIC ICCC）通信理论研讨会联合主席。曾在中国信息论学术年会上做大会报告、华为战略与技术研讨会（STW）做邀请报告。曾获中国电子学会信息论分会“信息论青年新星奖”、 北京市科学技术三等奖（排名第3）。编码领域取得的研究成果为相关技术在华为存储/计算产品线的落地提供了重要贡献，为华为中央研究院相关研究创新工作的开展起到了重要的推动和支撑作用。
